Heart & Lungs

Infection or disease can make it difficult for your pet’s heart and lungs to deliver enough oxygen-rich blood to the body. Blood tests can reveal issues like heartworm disease and cardiac damage.

Kidneys

SDMA testing detects kidney disease earlier than other types of kidney tests. Results also reflect other diseases your dog or cat may have that affect the kidneys.

Liver

Your pet’s liver may have trouble managing proteins, fat, digestion, and waste. Tests can indicate if these problems could be caused by disease, a blockage, or even medication.

Blood

A complete blood count (CBC) tells us if your pet is fighting an infection or has any bleeding problems. A blood test can also find leukemia, stress markers, and diseases spread by ticks and mosquitoes that your dog and cat could have come in contact with.

Pancreas & Intestine

Problems with digestive organs in your dog or cat may be due to an inflamed pancreas, diabetes, or other issues like colitis.

Teeth

Dental exams uncover abnormalities in teeth and the soft tissue of your pet’s mouth. Oral disease may be an indicator of additional health problems, so it’s best to get them regularly checked.

Urine & Feces

Urine tests tell us if your pet has problems like infection or stones in the kidneys or bladder. Fecal testing tells us if your pet has parasites, like worms.

Thyroid

If your pet’s thyroid glands aren’t releasing the right amount of hormones, their metabolism could be affected. This can lead to weight gain or weight loss. Thyroid conditions can also lead to skin infections, inactivity and cold intolerance.
